We were fortunate enough to get a visit from Duke & Hayley Stice a couple of weeks ago. Duke just completed his PHD in Accounting back East and was driving cross country on his way (roundabout way) to Hong Kong where he'll be teaching at an English university there. They just stayed one day & 2 nights but we made the most of it all going for a jog around the trails of Highlands Ranch, playing Settlers of Catan during the rainy day, eating at Gumbo's downtown, DBar for dessert & a movie. We decided to divide and conquer so the boys saw Fast Five & the girls saw Something Borrowed. Both are cinematic genius for sure. ;) It was SO much fun to reconnect with Duke and for me to finally meet Hayley! Jeff got to attend their wedding last summer, but I was too pregnant to fly so I missed it. Hayley is absolutely perfect for Duke and I couldn't love her anymore than I do. She's awesome! I only wish they were moving in next door to us, but since they're not I'll settle for visiting them in Hong Kong. That will be fun!
